I clicked "Get your free ticket" but haven't received my Cinobo Pass. What's going on?

If you're entitled to a Cinobo Pass but haven't received the email, check your spam and promotions folders first. If you still can't find it, click on the movie again, if your Cinobo Pass has already been issued, you'll see View your Cinobo Pass, where you can have it resent to your email. If the problem continues, contact us.
