I've filled in the form but have not received my Cinobo Pass. What's wrong?

If the form says you are eligible for a ticket and will receive one in your email, but you still haven’t received an email with your Cinobo Pass, check your spam and promotions folders. If you still can’t find it, contact us at [email protected].

If the form shows a failure message, it will also note the reason you are not eligible for a free ticket. If you think you are experiencing technical difficulties, contact us.
