How can I change my account email?
Follow the steps below on the Cinobo website, accessing cinobo.com from a web browser. Managing your account is not available through the Cinobo app.
It is not possible to change the email you use to log in to your Cinobo account, but you can easily change your contact email so that you never miss on important notices about your subscription.
- Log in to your Cinobo account.
- Click on the menu icon
on the top right of the page and select Account. - Find the contact email field, type in the new email address and select Save.
If you change your contact email, keep logging in with your original account email (also displayed in the Account section).
