How can I change my account email?
Follow the steps below on the Cinobo website, accessing cinobo.com from a web browser. Managing your account is not available through the Cinobo app.
It is not possible to change the email you use to log in to your Cinobo account, but you can easily change your contact email so that you never miss on important notices about your subscription.
- Log in to your Cinobo account.
- Click the account icon in the top right (it only appears once you're logged in) and select Account Settings from the menu.
- In My details you'll find your contact email field. Click Change your contact email and type in the new email and press Change.
Even if you change your contact email, you still log in to your account with your account email (as shown in My Details).
