How do I manage the devices connected to my account?

Follow the steps below on the Cinobo website, accessing cinobo.com from a web browser. Managing your account is not available through the Cinobo app.

You can use up to 5 devices to log into your Cinobo account. If you have reached your device limit, the following message will appear: “You have exceeded your device limit”. Clear the existing device list to allow for a new device, by following these steps:

  1. Log in to your Cinobo account
  2. Click on the menu icon ICON_WEBSITE_MENU.svg on the top right of the page and select Account.
  3. Go to Settings and click on Clear device list.
