How do I log into my account?
Choose the device you want to connect to your Cinobo account:
Computer
- Open your web browser
- Go to cinobo.com
- Select Login on the top right of the page
- Type in your Cinobo account email and password and click Continue.

Android smartphone & tablet
- Download the Cinobo app from Google Play Store. Here’s how to.
- Once download and updates are complete, click on the Cinobo icon to open the app.
- Type in your Cinobo account email and password and select Login.

iPhone & iPad
- Download the Cinobo app from the App Store. Here’s how to.
- Once download and updates are complete, click on the Cinobo icon to open the app.
- Type in your Cinobo account email and password and select Login.

Smart TV
First, download the Cinobo app from your Smart TV’s app store. Here’s how to. Once download and updates are complete, click on the Cinobo icon to open the app.
Connect with your TV remote control
- On the home page, select Login via Smart TV
- Type in your Cinobo account email and password
- Select Login
Connect with your mobile device
- Use your smart phone or tablet to scan the QR code on your TV screen, or go to cinobo.com/connect
- Type in your Cinobo account email and password on the login page that shows up on your mobile device
- You will receive an 8-digit code on your phone. Fill in this code on your TV screen, as prompted. You’re all set!
