How does the parental control filter work?
Follow the steps below on the Cinobo website, accessing cinobo.com from a web browser. Managing your account is not available through the Cinobo app.
- Log into your Cinobo account.
- Click on the menu icon
on the top right of the page and select Account. - Go to Settings and click on Parental control activation.
You will receive an email with a 4-digit PIN that will be required for all streaming of content unsuitable for children under 13 years old.
In case you forgot your parental control PIN or wish to change it, simply go back to Settings, click on Parental control activation and select Send me a new PIN on the pop-up window. The new 4-digit PIN will be sent to your email.
