How do I cancel my subscription?

Follow the steps below on the Cinobo website, accessing cinobo.com from a web browser. Managing your account is not available through the Cinobo app.

  1. Log into your Cinobo account.
  2. Click on the menu icon ICON_WEBSITE_MENU.svg on the top right of the page and select Account.
  3. Go to My subscription and select Cancel subscription.

Once you cancel, you will receive a confirmation email. You can keep using your account for all days left in your monthly subscription plan. After your subscription's expiration date, you lose access to Cinobo and no more charges take place, unless you reactivate your subscription.

This is the only way to cancel your subscription. Logging out of your account or deleting the Cinobo app does not cancel your subscription.

To avoid being charged for the next month, cancel at least 24 hours prior to your subscription renewal date.
