How do I reactivate my subscription?

Follow the steps below on the Cinobo website, accessing cinobo.com from a web browser. Managing your account is not available through the Cinobo app.

  1. Log into your Cinobo account.
  2. Click on the menu icon ICON_WEBSITE_MENU.svgon the top right of the page and select Account Settings.
  3. Go to My subscription and select Activate your subscription
  4. Choose your subscription and select Start your subscription
  5. Enter your payment information and select Submit

If you have recently cancelled and are still in the last month of your subscription, you will find the option of Reactivate your subscription instead of Activate your subscription.
