How do I cancel my subscription?
Follow these steps on the Cinobo website by going to cinobo.com through a browser. Account management isn't available through the app.
- Log into your Cinobo account.
- Click the account icon in the top right corner (only visible when logged in) and select Account Settings from the menu.
- In the My Subscription section, click the Cancel Your Subscription button.
After cancelling, you'll receive a confirmation email. You can keep using your subscription for the remaining days of your current billing period. After your current subscription's expiration date, you'll no longer have access to Cinobo and no further charges will occur, unless you reactivate your subscription.
This is the only way to cancel your subscription. Logging out of your account or deleting the Cinobo app does not cancel your subscription.
To avoid being charged next month, cancel at least 24 hours before your subscription's renewal date.
