How do I reactivate my subscription?
Follow the steps below on the Cinobo website, accessing cinobo.com from a web browser. Managing your account is not available through the Cinobo app.
- Log into your Cinobo account.
- Click the account icon in the top right of the page (visible once you're signed in) and select Account Settings from the dropdown
- Go to My subscription and select Activate your subscription
- Choose your prefared subscription plan and select Start your subscription.
- Enter your payment information and select Submit
If you have recently cancelled and are still in the last month of your subscription, you will find the option of Reactivate your subscription instead of Activate your subscription.
