My payment failed. How can I avoid my subscription being cancelled?

If, on the date of your subscription renewal your payment fails, we notify you via email. The system will attempt to process the payment again in four days. If it fails again, it will make two more attempts, with each subsequent try occurring four days after the previous one. To avoid cancellation of your subscription, make sure your card has sufficient balance before the next payment attempt.
