My payment failed. How can I avoid my subscription being cancelled?

If, on the date of your subscription renewal your payment fails, we notify you via email. The system will automatically process the payment again in two days. If it fails again, it will try one last time in another two days’ time. To avoid cancellation of your subscription, make sure your card has sufficient balance before the next payment attempt.
