I’m having trouble completing my payment
If payment fails during automatic subscription renewal:
- Make sure you have enough available balance for the payment.
- Make sure the card you have registered has not expired. See here all details of your payment.
- Make sure you haven't gone over your (daily or monthly) limit. You can contact your bank to find out more.
- Make sure you haven't set any restrictions to your bank transactions, i.e. towards subscription services.
If you have checked all of the above and still have trouble with your transaction, contact us.
If, on the date of your subscription renewal your payment fails, we notify you via email. The system will attempt to process the payment again in four days. If it fails again, it will make two more attempts, with each subsequent try occurring four days after the previous one. If your payment fails four times in a row, your subscription will be cancelled and you will lose all subscriber privileges. Here's how to come back to Cinobo.
Payment fails when you sign up or return to Cinobo
- Make sure you have enough available balance to complete the payment.
- Make sure you have typed the card information correctly.
- Make sure your card has not expired.
- Make sure the card you are using is either VISA or Mastercard.
- Make sure you've authenticated the transaction successfully using the 3D Secure system or your bank web service.
- Make sure there are no specific restrictions to your bank transactions, i.e. a prepaid card with restrictions towards subscription services, or a card with particular use, like a fuel pass.
At any case, try to complete the payment from a different browser at another time, as it is likely your bank may have halted online operations. If you have checked all of the above and are still having trouble with your transaction, contact us.
