If you’ve already followed the steps to log into your account, and are still having trouble:

1. Make sure you are typing the correct email and password. Make sure there are no spaces between letters and that you use the right language and correct capitalization.
2. Make sure the email you are typing is the one you used to create your account. If you can’t remember your account email, look for the welcome email you received when you signed up, with the subject line “Καλώς ήρθες στο Cinobo”.
3. If you have assigned a different email as your contact email, make sure you are typing the email you used to create your account and not your contact email.
