I’m having trouble understanding the duration of my subscription and my billing date.

After you create your account and purchase your subscription, you have 7 days of free trial. Your first charge on the card you've registered happens at the end of these 7 days,only if you haven't cancelled in the meantime. That’s also when the first month of your subscription begins.

I.e. If you create your account on 01/03/22, the first charge will take place 7 days later, on 08/03/22. The next charge is automatically scheduled for 08/04/22. If you cancel during your monthly subscription, i.e. on 19/03/22, you will continue to have access to Cinobo for the remainder of your subscription, until 08/04/22. If you do not cancel, your subscription will automatically renew on 08/04/22 and you will enjoy another month of Cinobo access.

You can cancel at any time during your free trial or your subscription.
