How long are the movies I have downloaded to watch offline available for?
Offline viewing is available only on the Cinobo app on smartphone and tablet.
Every movie is available on your mobile device for 7 days after its download. When this 7-day period is over, the license expires and you have to renew it.
Renewing the license takes up much less data than that required to download it.
Android
- Click on the Downloads
and select Show more to access the full list of your downloaded films - Select the movie whose license you want to renew and select Options
on the top right corner - Select Renew license

- Search through the catalog for the movie you wish to renew
- Open the movie’s information page
- Select the renew icon
that appears when the license has expired
iOS
- Search for the movie you wish to renew
