It says "There isn't enough available storage" when I try to download a film to watch offline. Why is that?

Offline viewing is available only on the Cinobo app on smartphone and tablet.

You’re seeing this message because there is not enough storage available on your mobile device to download the movie in the selected download quality.

To go through with the download, you can:    

  1. Free up some storage on your device.
  2. Delete movies you have previously downloaded. Go to Downloads ICON_MOBILE_DOWNLOADS.svg, select Show all and then Edit. Select the movies you no longer want and then Delete.
  3. Choose a lower download quality from the download settings. Click on the Account icon ICON_MOBILE_ACCOUNT.svg, then go to the Downloads section and change the pre-selected download quality.
