How does the parental control filter work?
Follow the steps below on the Cinobo website, accessing cinobo.com from a web browser. Managing your account is not available through the Cinobo app.
- Log into your Cinobo account.
- Click the account icon in the top right (it only appears once you're logged in) and select Account Settings from the menu.
- In the Account Settings section, click Enable parental control.
You will receive an email with a 4-digit PIN that will be required for all streaming of content unsuitable for children under 13 years old.
If you forget or want to change your 4-digit PIN for the parental control filter, go back to Settings, click Enable parental control, and in the pop-up window click the Forgot your PIN?. You'll receive the new PIN by email.
