Synopsis
Eleven-year-old Pietro, raised in Turin, spends a summer in the Alps and befriends Bruno, the only child of a nearly abandoned mountain village. In the years that follow, Bruno remains in the lonely but free life of the mountain, while Pietro wanders, searching for his destination. Their friendship, however, remains alive.
