You can use up to 5 devices to log into your Cinobo account. If you have reached your device limit, the following message will appear: “You have exceeded your device limit”. Go far left on your screen to display the Cinobo App main menu. Select Log Out. On Android Smart TV, once you see the main menu, select Account and then Log Out.

Click on the Account icon <img src="https://cinobo-s3-bucket.s3.eu-west-3.amazonaws.com/ICON_MOBILE_ACCOUNT_cd100695b7.svg" alt="ICON_MOBILE_ACCOUNT.svg">. In the General section, select Log Out.

Choose the device you want to log out from<blockquote>Logging out of your account or deleting the Cinobo app does not cancel your subscription.</blockquote>

How do I log out from a device?

You will receive an email with a reset link.</li><li>Click on the reset link and on the new page, create your new password.&nbsp;</li></ol><blockquote>If you cannot spot this email, check your spam and promotions folders.</blockquote><blockquote>If you already are logged into your account, select the menu on the top right of the page and click on Account. Under Account details, click on the Send password reset link to receive the corresponding email.
